School Snack Program

Recognizing the need to support families that have financial constraints, we collect snack food items which are donated to families in need at Somerset Consolidated School in Kinkora.

Each Friday, enough snacks for a school week are packaged and given to students in need for use in their lunches for the following week.

Currently we are supporting 15 children. 

If you'd like to support this initiative there is a collection box at the front door of the church where you can drop off individually packaged school snacks and treats, or we accept financial donations.

Please remember items must be peanut and nut free!
